Since 1973, CCEI has been designing and manufacturing electrical equipment for private and public swimming pools. Originally a manufacturer of electrical panels, we have expanded our expertise to include automatic water treatment and pool lighting. Our close, long-standing contacts with the leading pool builders in Europe and, more recently, North America, constantly feed our knowledge of market expectations and stimulate our imagination.


For over nine years, Montreal-based CCEI Inc has been adapting its products to the North American market, and is now looking for a sales representative for Central Canada and the West Coast.

Description du poste

  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (sales, new customers, share of wallet, gross margin).
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on new and large accounts.
  • Create opportunities and track all sales activity through current CRM.
  • Manage an existing client base and create new opportunities within the Ontario and British Colombia market. 
  • Keep up with changes or trends in the Construction industry and understand competitors’ products, service offerings, pricing, market strategies etc. 
  • Create a sales plan to increase market share within the company's current client base in Ontario and British Colombia, and report to the Sales Manager.
  • Book and deliver product knowledge group presentations.

Profil

  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience using Office Suite and CRM.
  • Experience in a sales and customer service environment.
  • Valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle (travel will be required).
  • Valid passport required for international travel.
  • Professionalism and confidence in selling products/services to all levels of  management at an organization. 
  • French is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • Travel required 60-80% of the time to visit costumer base, attend Trade Shows and internal company meetings.
